Using FaceRater

The free tools analyze photos on your device. A customer account is optional for free scans and required for purchased reports. You choose whether to keep a private cloud copy. The sample report is freely available. New report purchases are currently paused; free scans and saved reports remain available.

One report, one payment

The complete Face Report is $17.49 once, including six personal AI hairstyle concepts, with no subscription or second hairstyle package. Your free scan remains available without a purchase. Your account keeps the report and delivered images together; the PDF is downloaded from your report. It is not automatically emailed.

Refunds

A partial or processing refund keeps access. A full successful refund removes that purchase’s paid access; other valid purchases still apply. Your original free result is kept. Account deletion does not request a refund, and downloaded files cannot be recalled.

Request a report refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@face-rater.com with your receipt reference. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

Support and report delivery

FaceRater is a SparkMesh project. For sign-in, saved report, delivery or refund questions, contact support@face-rater.com. Do not email your photo or login code. Open your report from My reports; payment confirmation is verified by Stripe before paid access is granted.

Use of photos

Use photographs you own or have permission to analyze. FaceRater is intended for adults. Do not use the report for health decisions, identification, personality assessment, hiring or other eligibility decisions.
